Ingredients:
500 grams of tender meat
1.5 kg of chopped tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small onion, cut into segments
1 tablespoon of butter

1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
2 tablespoons of flour,
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley,
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of black pepper,
½ teaspoon of 7-spice mix
½ teaspoon of ginger.




Mix the spices together to season the meat, and add the parsley and coarsely chopped onions. Then, move on to the stage of shaping the meat into balls, and coat the balls with flour.
Next, fry the onion with a tablespoon of ghee, then add the garlic, tomato paste, and spices. Once the onion softens, add the tomatoes, and fry the meat by placing a little olive oil in a separate pan. When the tomatoes have softened and the meat is cooked, add the meat to the tomato mixture and let it cook for 7 minutes.
