Supreme Chicken



Ingredients:
600 grams of ground chicken fillet, 2 cups of flour, mushrooms (optional), 2 cups of milk, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken spices, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom, salt, 1 tablespoon of Maggi seasoning, 3 tablespoons of boiled corn, 50 grams of butter, 1 tablespoon of bell pepper molasses, 2 eggs, smoked turkey, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil.




Place the chicken in a preparation dish and mix it with the spices, along with the bell pepper molasses and a little olive oil. Mix the ingredients well by hand.
After mixing the ingredients well, add 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a little oil according to the desired consistency. Once the seasoning is done, shape it into medium-sized balls (each ball should weigh 70 grams) and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Shape the chicken balls into round, compact patties using a burger mold or a similar mold. Place a piece of cheese and smoked turkey inside each chicken circle, then fold it to form a half-circle.
After preparing the chicken, refrigerate it for half an hour to allow the ingredients to set.

To prepare the supreme sauce, prepare two eggs, one tablespoon of white vinegar, a little oregano, and salt. Also, add some oregano to the breadcrumbs and prepare the flour aside. Then dip each piece of chicken in the flour first, then the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

For the dipping sauce, melt the butter in a pan with the flour (50 grams of butter and 50 grams of flour), stir well, then add one cup of milk, one cup of cooking cream, Maggi seasoning, black pepper, and finally, add the mushrooms and corn.

For frying, make sure the oil is very hot until it reaches a golden-brown color.
